Log in to the web site; using the Admin Menu, choose Content > Add content > Field Trip

Select the group performing the sampling from the drop-down choices. - Sample Date
Select the outing date from the pop-up calendar. - Remarks
Record conditions which might affect the test results. Conditions should pertain to the date of outing in general, e.g. previous days' wind and precipitation, since conditions at individual sampling sites should be stored in their Water Sample records. - Results
The analyzing laboratory sends a file confirming receipt of the outing's samples (Receipt). This file can contain important information regarding those samples, such as their arrival temperature.
The test results are reported in a file (Results); PDF is the authoritative format for lab reports.
These 2 files should be uploaded to this field for each field trip, for easy accessibility. - Title
The Title field can be left blank, and is filled automatically with the text "Field Trip" when the record is first saved.
